Shipping/Return Policy

We hope you love all your items from Ramlawie however in the event you need to return, here are our terms and conditions.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be received by Ramlawie strictly within 15 days from when you received your item and 20 days for international orders.

We determine this date from the date received via your tracking number. 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, must be unwashed, must be unmarked, must be unaltered and must be undamaged due to safety hygiene reasons. Must be returned with the original swing tags attached. Any item returned that is stained in any way or has been dry cleaned or damaged will not receive an exchange or credit note.

Please note: Ramlawie reserve the right to refuse to provide an exchange or credit note should the item not meet our requirements for resale. 

Sending back an item is at the customers expense.

with your name and order number. Please ensure that you have reached out to our team via email first. 

For all exchanges, a return post bag must be included in your return parcel at the customer’s expense with your name and address. If a return post bag isn’t included, you will be invoiced for the cost of the return post bag. Once paid, we will process your exchange and post it back to you.

Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended. 

If an item is faulty, please contact the team ASAP (within the return period) at info@sussaneramlawie.com with a description and image for assessment. Once the item is physically received and assessed and proven to be faulty we will happily exchange for the same item or fix any faults in the item. Faulty items cannot be returned after the return period being 10 days for domestic and 20 days for international. 

Clearance, and sale items cannot be returned. 

We do not offer refunds. 

We do not offer credits if you have already purchased an item then re-purchased as a sale item.

We do not offer returns after a second exchange.

We do not offer returns or credits for items that have been washed incorrectly or damaged whilst worn due to hygiene reasons.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

STRICTLY NO RETURNS ON ANY CLEARANCE OR SALES ITEMS.

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns/packages during transit.

If details are incorrect (eg, address), this may cause parcels to get lost or shipment delay. This would be held responsible by the customer and refund will not be given. It is the customers responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is the customers responsibility. Ramlawie will not reimburse additional charges.

Product Display

With all our online images, we do our best to display the true colour of the garment however as computer monitors and settings may vary we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact colour of the garment, it may vary slightly.
